cauliflower and scampi curry



I appreciate healthy foods and easy-cooking. Specially for those busy week days. Today I made this delicious curry with cauliflower and scampi, and it took me less than 15 min. (and about 5 min to finish it off.. yummi!)

Simply stir-fry some cauliflowers, add coconut milk and red curry paste and heat up to boil. Season by choice (I used fish sauce, peppers and coriander). Add the shrimps and some spring onions. Wait a couple of minuts for the shrimps to turn pink... and Voila! Enjoy!
