saturday's breakfast. I've been to busy lately to remember going grocery shopping.. so this morning's breakfast consist of manchego cheese (my fav!), ham and tomatos. not bad tough. Love the Verner Panton coffee mugs!

how to start a day

Turkish yoghurt with blueberries, raspberries and brazil nuts. Accompanied with the essential cup of coffee.

cauliflower and scampi curry

I appreciate healthy foods and easy-cooking. Specially for those busy week days. Today I made this delicious curry with cauliflower and scampi, and it took me less than 15 min. (and about 5 min to finish it off.. yummi!)

Simply stir-fry some cauliflowers, add coconut milk and red curry paste and heat up to boil. Season by choice (I used fish sauce, peppers and coriander). Add the shrimps and some spring onions. Wait a couple of minuts for the shrimps to turn pink... and Voila! Enjoy!

ever since moving into my new flat a couple of months ago, I've been looking for the perfect lamp for my dining area. There're just so many wonderful lamps to chose between.. I don't seem to be able to decide. Here's one of them, the wonderful Bolla by Gineico.
